Shipping policy

✰ USA: Any order over $299 ships for FREE. Otherwise, shipping costs start at $9.99 and will go up based on weight and destination.

✰ OUTSIDE USA: Shipping typically costs starts around $8 and will go up based on weight and destination.

✰ Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you complete checkout, I cannot fix this. It is your responsibility to have it right.

✰The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
   • Processing time: 1-2 Days
   • Shipping time: 10~15 Days
✰Shipping methods: Sea or air transportation

✰ Returns, refunds, and replacements are not available if you are going to purchase from my shop. Once the package is out of my hands I am not responsible for anything lost, or damaged, if you provided the wrong shipping address, or if you are unhappy with your crystal(s). Please understand that I can’t control how the post office and delivery workers treat the package. I always bubble-wrap things in the best way possible. If something happens to your package I can give you the information you need but I am not responsible for filing a claim, you must do that.
