How do I return a product?
Please follow 4 steps to simplify your return/refund process.
Step 1: Submit the following information to our customer service team: Email (mailbox, telegram, WhatsApp)
- Order number
- Product Name
- Reason for return
Step 2: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and our return address.
Step 3: Please return the item(s) according to the instructions on the RMA form and send us proof of return with a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Step 4: Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will email you within 48 hours and arrange for an exchange or refund.
Note: The refund will be returned to your account wallet and you can choose to continue spending or withdraw the money.
Return shipping cost and address
1. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The price you paid for the item will be refunded in full (if your order was shipped, we will deduct the shipping cost). If the return is due to a product problem as described in the "Returnable Items" section above, you are not responsible for shipping charges. We will refund the amount you paid for your order. However, you must provide photos and other evidence of the problem with the item. 2.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the exact return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method.
